Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at store@vedranskorin.com.
